SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions along with any other policies or guidelines posted on this site shall govern your use of this site. If you visit our site or make a purchase by phone or any other means through our company, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them before making a purchase. Purchasing tickets from a Ticket Broker can be much different than buying from Ticket Master or directly from the box office.
Aardvark Tickets is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of locating and providing tickets for admission to all sporting events, concerts and theatre throughout the world. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with, nor are we authorized by any box office, promoter, venue, theatre, stadium, professional sports team, college sports team or sporting association. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used by us are for descriptive purposes only. We are not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any organization. We are able to provide hard to locate tickets for events through our many contacts and various sources. OUR PRICES CAN BE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKETS depending on the costs to obtain them. The degree of difficulty to locate, availability and pricing can vary greatly from one event to another.
POLICIES:
All tickets sold over the internet are subject to availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed together, neither can rows nor sections. Please keep your tickets in a safe place! We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
DEPOSITS:
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Even though you have not received the tickets yet, we have already committed to purchasing tickets for you by the time your order is confirmed.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
We are not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel related expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as part of a package. We are not responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions by our company that do result in you missing your event will be rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of your total purchase price paid to date.
We are not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event. The tickets that you purchase from us are valid and if someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you.
In the event that we are required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, Client agrees that we are entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the client, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s and administrative fees.
CANCELLATIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Upon request we will agree to place your order on Consignment on a Try to Sell basis. Tickets must be in our possession for all Consignment sales.
If Aardvark Tickets is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, Aardvark Tickets will give you the following options:
- Tickets can be upgraded at your expense (subject to availability).
- Tickets can be downgraded with a partial refund (subject to availability).
- Ticket order may be cancelled with a full refund.
For all cancelled events, clients will receive a full refund (less shipping and delivery charges), upon return of tickets in a timely manner.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS!
WEATHER:
Weather conditions may affect shipping & travel to and from the event/location, and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Aardvark Tickets and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by Aardvark Tickets .
TRANSPORTATION:
Aardvark Tickets shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts or war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Aardvark Tickets .
TICKET DELIVERY:
All deliveries are made via an express delivery service (FedEx, Express Mail, Messenger, etc.) and most deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. If tickets are delivered via e-mail, (applies only to TicketFast tickets) it is your responsibility to download and print the tickets yourself. If this is not an option, you will have to pay shipping charges and we will print and ship them for you. You also agreed to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize anybody at that address to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered we will attempt to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or you refuse delivery of your tickets, we will place the tickets back for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets, however if no communication can be made we will price them appropriately to attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. This may be substantially less than you paid in some cases in an attempt to get you something for your tickets instead of having them expire worthless. However, if the tickets are not sold by the event date, we will return your tickets to you shortly after the event. It is always in your best interest to remain in contact with us regarding the pricing of your tickets. You also have the right at any time to request your tickets to be sent back to you prior to your event date. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them back to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays such as adverse weather conditions as we are not responsible under any circumstances for timely delivery of your consignment tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place! We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-order Tickets for some events are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. Pre-Orders involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact seating locations are not yet available so orders are taken for general seating locations. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases, deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information.
